We met Monica as a referral from another realtor who was helping us sell our existing income property in LA and replace it in Morro Bay through a 1031 exchange. We live in Massachusetts. Monica was superb helping us locate and qualify an appropriate property. She was very conversant in the use of modern technology to "walk" us through any number of properties behind her cell phone, video taping each room, the setting, the outdoors areas, etc. We selected one property and one of us went out to "kick the dirt." I remember walking in to Monica’s listing…we were so set on just using any agent who was selling the house. Monica changed that. It was immediately evident she really knew her stuff.
